Job Summary:

As a Shift Leader at Nekter , you will be responsible for Leading a Culture within the Team that makes for a fun place to work, an environment where people feel valued, where they can learn and grow and are passionate about delivering an Amazing Customer Experience in every way. You will be responsible for the overall shift operations including Sales Performance, Training and Coaching other Team Members, Customer Experience, Profitability, Brand Execution and Professionalism in the absence of the Assistant Manager and/or General Manager. Shift Leads typically supervise a staff of 3-7 Team Members and carry out Management responsibilities consistent with Nekter Standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Leader / Key Holder at Nekter , you will be responsible for delivering the following: Exceptional Guest Experience while meeting our Company Financial and Operational Goals Ensuring High Energy is present among the Team while supporting the Training, Coaching and Development to high standards of execution Sales Performance, KPI's and Profitability are maximized Operational Excellence and all aspects of Brand Execution Detailed attention to Food Handling, Food Storage, Preparation and Servicing practices to ensure all Standards are meeting/exceeding Nekter and Local Public Health Services requirements Handle Employee situations with care, professionalism and aligned with Company HR Protocols Competent in our POS system and utilizing our Technology to drive Traffic and Sales Oversee and protect the handling of all Cash, Deposits, Inventory and items of Value Passionate about spreading our Healthy Lifestyle with your local community through Partnerships, Promotions and Sampling

QUALIFICATIONS
