What You'll Do:

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll help lead day-to-day restaurant operations while building a strong, engaged team.

You will:

Lead by example and create a welcoming environment for guests and team members Ensure an exceptional guest experience during every shift Coach, motivate, and develop team members Help manage performance and hold the team accountable to restaurant standards Drive results in sales, speed of service, order accuracy, and overall restaurant performance Support efficient restaurant operations and maintain company standards Help build a positive, inclusive, and team-focused culture

What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 21 years old Restaurant management or leadership experience Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
