We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a background in fine-dining restaurant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have previous managerial experience in a restaurant environment. A successful candidate will work closely with our staff to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and adhere to established policies.

Responsibilities:

Train, monitor, guide, and coach staff for top performance Serve customers in the dining room or expediting for kitchen as needed Interact with customers in a professional manner with outstanding service, attitude, and appearance. Assist in Wine purchasing, wine training, and wine events Manage Service, staffing, breaks, and all aspects of service Weekend, Holidays and Sunday availability is a must Assist with scheduling, and covering shifts when staff calls out Planning the Floor, Seating arrangements, assigning server sections, and table set up Assisting with Events, Floor Plans, Management Plan and schedule daily activities. Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant. POS and website administrative work Managing of social media, newsletter, promotions Menu design, maintenance, & updates for in house and online platforms
