Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Janitorial Manager to lead our third-shift cleaning operations. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial and commercial cleaning, ensuring that sanitation, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. As a leader in team management and supervision, you will motivate and coordinate janitorial staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your expertise in custodial practices, sanitation management, and customer service will drive the success of our cleaning initiatives during the overnight hours. Duties Supervise and coordinate a team of janitorial staff working the third shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to promote productivity and accountability Oversee cleaning operations including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and hospitality-related housekeeping tasks Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards across all cleaning activities Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, sanitation levels, and adherence to safety procedures Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or janitorial management with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning environments Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills and leadership capabilities Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions Ability to oversee multiple tasks such as laundry operations, hospitality services, and housekeeping management during overnight shifts Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Prior experience in managing staff schedules, training programs, and inventory control is highly desirable Join us as a Janitorial Manager on the third shift to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining pristine environments! $85,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
