Responsibilities Managing store operations effectively and efficiently. Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper pricing For our bar Conduct employee orientation and training programs to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Manage cash register operations, including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Analyze sales data and retail math metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Previous experience as a Manager or in a similar leadership role within a full service restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of math principles to analyze sales performance effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Proficient in time management with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices for stock management. Experience with cash register operations and financial transactions is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
