As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and provide outstanding customer experiences. Your role is vital in maintaining smooth shift transitions, managing staff, and upholding the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a lively, hospitality-focused setting. Availability Position will be required to work weekend closing shifts, including 7pm-3:30am Friday-Saturday Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards Lead, motivate, and train team members on food preparation, customer service, POS system (Toast), and food safety protocols Oversee food handling, cooking processes, and food production to maintain quality and consistency Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Support in placing food and supply orders Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cash handling duties with integrity Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures Support staff training and development through coaching, mentoring, and conducting interviews for new team members Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing restaurant performance during shifts Support in drafting team schedules Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food service operations for casual dining, fine dining, catering or banquet events Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Strong knowledge of Toast POS for order processing and cash handling Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance confidently Experience in staff training & development as well as interviewing potential team members Familiarity with kitchen management practices including food production and catering operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts Knowledge of hospitality management principles including team management and shift supervision Previous experience working in casual dining or retail settings is preferred; QSR experience is a plus Join us as an AGM if you're passionate about leading teams in a vibrant hospitality setting!
