The hit comedy, DRUNK SHAKESPEARE, is hiring in Los Angeles! We are looking for savvy professionals to join our team of multi-talented support staff. We foster an incredibly fun environment in the style of a secret society & speakeasy. We strive to provide patrons with a unique and memorable experience, so service quality is a top priority. This is an opportunity to be part of an incredible Los Angeles experience. Candidates must have weekend and holiday availability. We look for candidates with backgrounds in cocktail bartending and service. Theatre and box office experience is a bonus, but not required. We are willing to train smart, motivated people. We value friendly, hardworking multi-taskers who place guest experience above all else. All employees must be 21+. Bar Manager must hold all the relevant qualifications required by Local, State and Federal Health and Liquor Authorities.
Bar Manager will:
oversee the Front of House staff's daily duties, and ensure the functionality of all Front of House activities. Front of House scheduling maintaining the bar (including ordering ingredients, replacing broken glassware, etc.) coaching and training bar staff apply and maintain consistent practices in ensuring patrons are not overserved, such as assisting with security and confirming compliance with federal, state or municipal laws regarding food and liquor service.
