Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong skills in budgeting and financial management to drive profitability. Experience with POS systems, particularly POS, is highly desirable. Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is a plus. Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
