In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily operations, lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff, control food and labor costs, and ensure high standards of food safety and guest service. You will balance hands-on shift execution with administrative tasks like scheduling, inventory, and training. Additionally, you will handle food sales transactions with precision, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help drive sales, promote products, and support store operations seamlessly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a vibrant team atmosphere.
Duties Operations:
Supervise opening and closing procedures, maintain kitchen and counter cleanliness, and manage speed of service during peak hours.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, mentor, and schedule team members. Build a positive workplace culture.
Financials:
Track inventory, place supplier orders, reduce waste, and monitor labor percentages against sales goals.
Guest Relations:
Greet customers, maintain brand standards, and resolve complaints quickly and politely.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce local health codes, food safety regulations, and labor laws
Skills Experience:
1 to 3 years of food service management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or high-volume setting.
Certifications:
Valid ServSafe or local food handler manager certification.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and basic computer tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, active problem-solving, adaptability, and physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
