Job Description

We are looking for outstanding Assistant General Manager to join our team. You will be working with a fun, positive, and efficient team to provide guests an experience that will keep them coming back each day. Burton Restaurants is a franchisee of Dunkin that aims to offer convenience for everyday busy people. We aim to establish and maintain a long-term close relationship with our guests, within our trade area by offering outstanding service, superior product quality, a broad range offering of beverages, donuts and sandwiches at affordable prices. We have several locations throughout
San Diego County Responsibilities:
Customer Service Provides guest service, resolves guest issues, understands and exceeds guest expectations, develops and maintains guest relationships Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy Ensures food and drinks are made quickly, efficiently and accurately Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean/ neat work environment Supervise team of retail sales workers Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Positive and outgoing Works well with others, a team player Able to learn and execute multiple tasks Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his/her role relates to others What we offer: Flexible Schedules Growth and upward mobility
