This energetic role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen activities, supervising staff, controlling inventory, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence in food service, and report directly to the Executive Chef. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold food safety protocols, and drive operational efficiency to deliver memorable dining experiences. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards in food preparation and presentation Supervise and train kitchen staff on food handling, cooking techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices Implement and maintain strict food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during shifts, including POS system management using Toast. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast casual food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Toast POS system for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a hospitality or food service environment Excellent understanding of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on team management and training & development A background in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous but not required Pizza experience with hand-stretched dough a plus.
