Restaurant Manager for Mexican Grill

We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our fast-casual Mexican restaurant. In this role, you will handle both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) duties. You will ensure our guests receive fast, friendly service and authentic, high-quality meals. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a restaurant is required.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service :

Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately on the POS system, and handle cash register transactions.

Communication :

Must be able to communicate effectively with team members. Proficiency in both Spanish and English language is highly desired.

Food Preparation :

Assemble menu items quickly and consistently according to standard recipes (tacos, burritos, bowls, etc.).

Kitchen Tasks :

Assist with basic food prep and cooking when necessary.

Cleanliness :

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in both the kitchen and dining areas.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with team members to keep order lines moving smoothly during high-volume peak hours.

Required Qualifications Language :

Applicants fluent in both English and Spanish will have priority.

Experience :

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working specifically in a Mexican restaurant or taqueria.

Speed :

Ability to thrive and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills :

Strong communication, basic math for cash handling, and excellent teamwork skills.

Availability :

Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and busy meal shifts.

Physical :
