Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures to maintain high-quality standards and regulatory compliance. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Supervise kitchen management, food production, and catering services to meet customer expectations and operational goals. Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff members; conduct interviews and manage team training initiatives to build a motivated workforce. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis; develop budgets and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere aligned with hospitality standards. Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, smooth transitions between shifts, and adherence to operational procedures. Enforce food safety protocols, including food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations. Lead by example in managing hospitality teams with effective communication, leadership skills, and managerial oversight. Skills Extensive experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food industry operations. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; solid cash handling skills. Proven ability in supervising teams, conducting staff training & development, and managing hospitality teams effectively. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, food safety standards, and kitchen management. Excellent management skills including budgeting, profit & loss analysis, inventory control, and food cost management. Exceptional customer service skills paired with managerial communication abilities to lead teams confidently. Experience with catering services, banquet operations or bar management is a plus; familiarity with managing diverse food production activities. Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial reporting purposes. Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining settings; experience in supervising staff during busy shifts is highly valued.
