Job Description

We're a Japanese ramen & sushi fast-casual group operating multiple locations across Southern California, and we're hiring a Store Manager for our Fullerton restaurant. You own one store end to end, and you're first in line for multi-store leadership as we continue to open. Compensation & Schedule
  • Starting at $71,000 per year, salaried (exempt) — final offer based on experience
  • Full-time, 5 days per week, includes weekends
  • On-site in Fullerton, CA What You'll Own
  • Daily operations: open/close, floor flow, ticket times, food quality
  • Scheduling and labor cost — you own your store's labor % target
  • Hiring, onboarding, and training your team
  • Inventory, ordering, and waste control
  • Guest experience, including Google and Yelp review response
  • Health department readiness — the store stays inspection-ready every day What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years managing a restaurant or fast-casual store, or 3+ years as an assistant manager ready to step up
  • Comfortable reading a P&L and acting on labor and food cost numbers
  • Able to run a shift from the floor when it's slammed — and to step back and manage
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification, or willing to earn it within 30 days (we cover the cost)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Korean is a plus Benefits We'll walk you through our full benefits package at the interview.
