Airports. Based in Santa Barbara you will oversees daily operations, staff, budgets, and service quality across assigned F&B outlets, ensuring compliance, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Operational Management:
Direct day-to-day F&B operations, including coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and in-room dining
Staff Leadership:
Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise front-of-house and support staff; mentor managers and resolve operational or employee issues
Service Quality:
Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and guest service; address complaints and monitor feedback
Financial Oversight:
Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-control measures
Menu & Product Management:
Review and update menus for profitability, seasonality, and guest preferences.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations; oversee inventory and perishable goods
Strategic Support:
Implement corporate strategies, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for senior management Qualifications Hospitality, business, or culinary arts background (degree or equivalent experience) 4-7+ years in F&B management or related roles Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Certifications such as ServSafe Food Manager or TIPS preferred In summary: This role blends operational leadership, financial responsibility, and guest experience management, ensuring F&B services are efficient, compliant, and profitable while supporting broader corporate goals
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
