•This position requires the employee to have a schedule of 5 days per week. The shift hours vary.

•Our Motel 6 location at LAX has an immediate need for a Manager on Duty (MOD). This team member is crucial to our success working closely with the General Manager to ensure the property is running smoothly and both guests and employees are taken care of. The MOD will manage the property when the General Manager is off or away from the property. They will also play an integral part in the training, performance management, and ongoing development of the property's team members. MODs will function in all aspects of the property including guest services, housekeeping, laundry and occasional maintenance. The person selected for this role will have: 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, Department Head, etc.- preferably in a fast food, retail or hospitality environment.
