Pitfire Pizza is an expanding company of uniquely designed, entrepreneurially managed, wood-fired pizza joints. We offer thoughtful, seasonal, and chef-driven food and make ourselves available to our community in many ways. Our craft beer and cocktail program is fun and creative, and we offer a small but mighty wine list. We make our own dough, we hand stretch our pizzas and we are driven by hospitality, art, and being a positive force in the community. We are searching for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead the team! A qualified candidate will be a role model who is hands-on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards. The ideal candidate will possess an owner mentality when operating the business, a strong level of financial acumen, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
Ensure menu is consistently prepared according to the recipe, portion and presentation guidelines Ability to maintain operational control of purchasing, receiving, and inventory of all kitchen item Maintain functionality, cleanliness and safety of equipment and tools Schedule labor to create optimal service while meeting labor cost goals Passion for training and development to drive our standards to our team members Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, and mutual respect Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate Have a flexible schedule.
