FULL-TIME

General Manager to lead our La Verne restaurant.

PAY:

$22 to $25/hr plus tips (hourly pay plus a share of cash and credit-card tips). Founded in 1994 by firefighter brothers Chris & Robin Sorensen, Firehouse Subs has grown to more than 1,500 locations, and its Public Safety Foundation has donated over $109 million to first responders. We serve hot, hearty subs in a fun, firefighter-themed, team-first environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run the restaurant day to day and lead the team on every shift Hire, train, schedule, and coach Team Members and Shift Leaders Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and ordering to hit store targets Keep the restaurant clean, food-safe, and inspection-ready Handle cash, drawer counts, and daily deposits accurately Deliver fast, friendly service and resolve guest concerns Grow sales through catering, community outreach, and local marketing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience (quick-service a plus) ServSafe Manager certification, or able to obtain it Available for open shifts, including weekends Strong leader who holds the team to standards Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic numbers On your feet most of the shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs
