Essential Duties Maintain overall management responsibilities for the restaurant Exceptional customer service skills Train & motivate crew members Ensure our product adheres to our quality standards Maintain cleanliness of restaurant & equipment Train managers to ensure knowledge of all duties required to run the restaurant, if needed. Proficient in all crew positions and ensure customer satisfaction Responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant. Including the selection, development and performance management of employees. Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies. Optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The General Manager reports to the District Manager Requirements Must have strong financial skills with experience working with P&L reports, bank deposits and other financial documents. As the GM, you are the company's spokesperson in the local trading area and must have an interest in networking and being active outside of the restaurant. Minimum of 45 hours per week (weekly schedule will vary based on store's demands) Weekend, holiday and occasional night work is required in this role.
