Little Caesars - Assistant Manager / Co-Manager We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Assistant Manager / Co-Manager to join our Little Caesars team. This position helps support the Store Manager with daily operations while making sure employees provide great customer service, maintain food quality, and follow all company standards.

Responsibilities include:

Helping manage and supervise team members during shifts Opening and/or closing the store Training and coaching new and current employees Maintaining Little Caesars food quality and preparation standards Making sure pizzas and other products are prepared quickly and correctly Providing excellent customer service and handling customer concerns Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assigning positions and keeping employees productive throughout the shift Handling cash, registers, and basic store paperwork Monitoring inventory and helping prevent product waste Supporting the Store Manager with overall store operations Leading by example and maintaining a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Reliable and responsible Strong communication and leadership skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and help train others Good attendance and punctuality Previous restaurant, leadership, or management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate We are looking for someone who can take responsibility, work well with the team, and help keep the store running smoothly. Pay:

$64,183.21 - $66,727.07 per year
