+ Bonus ( Based on Experience ) Silverlake Ramen is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our management team. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, develop a strong team, maintain excellent guest service, and take ownership of the restaurant's daily operations. Responsibilities Manage daily Front of House and Back of House operations Lead, coach, and develop team members Create and manage employee schedules based on business needs and labor targets Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and restaurant organization Monitor labor costs, food costs, waste, and overall restaurant performance Handle guest concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service Maintain proper inventory and ordering Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health department requirements Conduct opening and closing procedures Help recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, and company standards Work closely with corporate management to improve restaurant sales and profitability Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment Qualifications Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred with minimum 3 Years Experience. Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to handle scheduling, labor management, inventory, and daily operational issues Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Reliable and professional Compensation
+ Bonus based on restaurant performance and achievement of established operational goals. Bonus eligibility may be based on factors such as: Sales performance Labor cost control Food cost and waste control Restaurant cleanliness and audit results Guest satisfaction and reviews Team performance and retention Overall compliance with company standards We are looking for someone who wants more than just a management position—we want a leader who can take ownership of the restaurant and help build a successful team and business.
