Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Manager - Restaurant, where your leadership and culinary expertise will drive exceptional dining experiences. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow Supervise and train staff on food preparation, food safety standards, and customer service protocols Oversee inventory control, food handling, and proper use of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accuracy and efficiency Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards in casual dining, fine dining, catering, or banquet settings Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at shift end Support kitchen management by supervising food safety practices, food safety management, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Lead team training sessions on hospitality management, culinary techniques, and food industry best practices Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams and supervising staff effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, interviewing, training & development Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and food safety management systems Ability to perform basic math for budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and inventory control Experience with managing restaurant operations including shift management, customer service excellence, and team leadership Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences! Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
