Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and foster a vibrant team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bar and service, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, controlling inventory, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership will drive efficiency, profitability, and a positive workplace culture that motivates your team to excel. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring smooth shift transitions and seamless service delivery Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Utilize POS systems, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy Train staff on food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, customer service excellence, and operational procedures Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food and beverage Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership, staff training, and shift management skills Familiarity with POS systems; proficient in cash handling and basic math for financial transactions Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety management practices including HACCP standards; strong understanding of food industry regulations Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead hospitality teams effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service Join us as we create memorable dining experiences by leading with passion, precision, and professionalism.
