General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the team Restaurant operations and financial experience -monitor service standards, labor, COGS, inventories, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, ordering Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily Enforce company policies and promote a positive culture Evenings, Weekends and Holiday work required

General Manager Qualifications:
