We're a locally loved restaurant in the heart of Oakland, and we're looking for a General Manager who's equal parts strategic thinker, team builder, and hospitality pro. What You'll Be Doing:

Running the show - Oversee daily restaurant operations to make sure things run smoothly from open to close. Leading the team - Hire, train, and support a passionate team, creating a positive, high-performing work culture. Delivering great experiences - Ensure every guest leaves happy, and handle any hiccups quickly and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

You've managed a busy restaurant (or multiple locations) and know the ins and outs of both front- and back-of-house operations. You're a natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in people. You've got strong communication skills and can handle pressure with a calm, clear head. You genuinely care—about your team, the guest experience, and the success of the restaurant.
