Job Description

As Café General Manager, you will lead the daily operations of multiple café and dining locations within a dynamic corporate environment. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated hospitality experience while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and strong client partnerships. You will oversee a team of managers and associates, collaborate closely with culinary leadership, and help shape innovative food and workplace hospitality programs that reflect Tesla's culture and high standards. Role will require up to 25% travel. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
