Our ideal candidate has skills in leading with excellent communication to our dining room staff, a hard workers mentality, seamless teamwork with our kitchen staff to produce a consistently exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties include:

Schedule, train, supervise dining room staff Monitor labor (employee hours) and supplies, make adjustment as necessary to achieve goals Inspect dining room employees for proper cleanliness and uniforms Handle/resolve complaints concerning service and or food with the highest degree of professionalism and customer service Manage/oversee reservations and reservation system Liaison between the dining room and kitchen staff Maintain appropriate appearance, cleanliness and safety of dining room areas and equipment Oversee staff's duties, including cleaning of equipment and organization of storage areas Manage the maintenance of all equipment in the dining room and report/respond to deficiencies and maintenance issues Produce reports from Point of Sale system(s) and other software Report and manage inventories Proactive in making suggestions for improvements in dining room service procedures and layout Experience in Toast is a plus Previous restaurant experience is preferred Experience and Qualifications 2-4 years of formal dining experience and leading a FOH team. Ability to inspire, train and maintain talented staff. Ability to problem solve. Ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and POS/Inventory systems (knowledge of Toast, Owner.com and Ctuit a plus). Food Handler's certificate.
