Restaurant Floor Manager | Palo Alto $73,5000-$81,500 annually (base salary + bonus) A successful, established restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join the leadership team at its Palo Alto location - the highest-grossing restaurant in the group. This high-volume, full-service concept is known for its vibrant atmosphere, elevated dining experience, and energetic hospitality. It's a fast-paced environment where great service, strong teamwork, and attention to detail are at the center of the operation. You'll spend the majority of your time alongside the team: coaching in real time, connecting with guests, keeping service moving, and stepping in wherever needed to make sure every shift is successful. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations in a busy, high-volume restaurant Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor throughout service Coach, motivate, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, runners, and supervisors Set the tone for warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality Anticipate and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Keep communication flowing between the front and back of house Maintain high standards for service, organization, and operational execution Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management Oversee opening and closing procedures Jump in wherever the team needs you during busy shifts Help build a positive, accountable culture where people enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they do

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant strongly preferred A hands-on leadership style - comfortable leading from the floor, not the office Strong coaching and team development skills Excellent communication and problem solving abilities Genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience Ability to stay composed, organized, and solutions-focused during high volume service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits $73,500-$81,500 annually, including bonus 15 days paid vacation Medical insurance with the majority of the premium employer-paid 100% employer-paid dental insurance Full-time leadership position, approximately 50-55 hours per week Opportunity for continued growth within a successful restaurant organization The strongest candidate for this role is someone who gets energy from the restaurant floor.
