We are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Front of the House Manager to lead our hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from arrival to departure. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold our high standards of customer service and food quality. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house operations, including seating, service flow, and guest relations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance. Lead staff training and development, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellent customer service and teamwork. Manage shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching to maintain high standards of service delivery. Oversee food presentation and service quality, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies and assist with POS (Point of Sale) system management Requirements Proven experience in fine dining service Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety management, and food handling practices. Hands-on experience with POS systems Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, managing hospitality operations, and conducting staff training sessions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates, manage conflict, and motivate staff effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and profit analysis. Familiarity with kitchen management processes including food production, catering, banquet services, and bar operations is a plus.
