Store Operations Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure sales targets are achieved Maintain food quality, consistency, and service standards Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations professionally Uphold and protect the restaurant's brand image 2. Team Management Create and manage staff schedules Recruit, train, and evaluate front-line employees Build a reliable and high-performing team 3. Cost Control Monitor and control labor costs, food waste, and operating expenses Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize profitability 4.
