Live In House Manager (Independent Living) We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, observant, and dependable Live-In House Manager to help oversee a senior independent living home. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, organized, peaceful, and respectful home environment . We are looking for someone who does not need to be constantly reminded what needs to be done, someone who notices problems, pays attention to details, communicates well, and takes initiative. Responsibilities Help oversee the daily operation of the home Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment Observe residents and report any noticeable changes, concerns, unusual behavior, or safety issues to management Make sure household rules and routines are being followed Assist with meal service and basic household responsibilities as assigned Monitor cleanliness of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, and common areas Help coordinate household supplies and notify management when items are running low Communicate professionally with residents, management, staff, and visitors Respond appropriately to household concerns and emergencies and immediately notify management when necessary Help maintain a calm, respectful, and positive environment Complete assigned documentation or daily reports when required Be proactive and address reasonable household issues instead of waiting to be told Protect residents' privacy, dignity, and personal belongings What We Are Looking For The right person must be: Very reliable and dependable Observant and detail-oriented Dedicated and willing to take ownership of the home Mature, patient, respectful, and professional Clean and organized Able to communicate clearly Able to follow directions and established procedures Able to recognize when something is wrong and report it immediately Comfortable working around elderly adults Able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries Trustworthy and responsible Able to work independently without constant supervision Previous experience working in senior living, independent living, assisted living, caregiving, residential facilities, house management, or a similar environment is preferred. Housing A private room will be provided as part of the live in arrangement. This is a live in position, but the employee will have defined work responsibilities, scheduled working hours, and designated time off . Living at the property does not mean being on duty 24 hours a day.

Compensation:

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and responsibilities.
