Job Description

Whether you're an experienced Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations while creating an outstanding guest experience. Build, coach, and inspire high-performing front and back-of-house teams. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability. Resolve guest concerns professionally and create lasting relationships with customers. Work closely with executive leadership to improve operations and drive business growth. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards. Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, AGM, or General Manager). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, labor management, and cost control. Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
