Job Summary Lead the Service. Fuel the Mission. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily front-of-house operations and own the catering and room service program for Impulse Space meetings and events. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking care of people, and can keep multiple moving parts on course. You'll lead front-of-house shifts across the service line, coffee shop, and dining room while coordinating catering orders from initial request through setup, delivery, and breakdown. You'll work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and team to make sure every order is accurate, on time, organized, and presented at mission-ready standards. What you'll do: Lead daily front-of-house shifts across the service line, coffee shop, and dining room. Own the catering and room service program, including orders, event details, kitchen coordination, setup, delivery, and breakdown. Build and maintain catering menus, order forms, and event sheets with the Chef and General Manager. Make sure catering and meeting orders are accurate, timely, and professionally presented. Train and coach front-of-house team members on hospitality, menu knowledge, allergens, and food safety. Open and close the operation, including cash handling, deposits, and POS reports. Resolve guest concerns quickly and follow up to ensure they are taken care of. Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering front-of-house and catering supplies. Step up and lead the operation when the General Manager is away. Help create a positive, professional, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:
Front-of-house restaurant or hospitality leadership experience. Experience leading and training team members. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage catering, events, and multiple orders simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergens, and health code requirements. Ability to use POS systems, computers, tablets, and phones for operations and communication. Ability to handle cash, deposits, and POS reporting accurately. Food Manager card or ability to take and pass the course after hire Ability to follow security, safety, badge access, and confidentiality requirements. Professional appearance and communication while working in a secure aerospace facility. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to push loaded catering carts throughout the client facility. Ability to work around hot equipment, sharp tools, and cleaning chemicals. Availability to work a schedule determined by business needs, including early starts, catering, and special events.
