This is a working management position for an experienced chef who enjoys being on the line, maintaining high food quality, leading a small team, and keeping service organized and efficient. Having strong experience with steakhouses or high-volume American restaurant cooking, understanding proper steak preparation and execution, and can confidently manage a small kitchen with limited staffing. As the driving force behind kitchen operations, you will oversee food production, manage inventory, food-costs, and ensure all culinary activities align with our high standards of quality and hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader eager to shape memorable dining environments in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Ordering and receiving food and kitchen supplies.
