Job Description
Why Wendy's Our Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining our restaurants exceptionally clean and well run. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and in managing the restaurant staff. This includes executing the Wendy's operating system and company policies. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must, as well as people motivation and business acumen. What you can expect As the Assistant Manager, you will work in a fast paced restaurant environment allowing your leadership skills to grow. What we expect from you The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and some of the duties include: Comply with and enforce food safety procedures Work with GM to meet sales and profit goals Manage food and labor costs Maintain safe working conditions manage crew members Interview and train new hire crew members Maintain fast, accurate service with superior customer service This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees.
