First Class Concessions is looking for an Assistant General Manager for our Cafe and Bar inside the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport. This is a fast-paced management position assisting with completing and overseeing daily operations including: Ensure a great Guest experience Perform hands on duties as needed Be a role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards Assist in training and development of staff Understand, enforce, and practice safe food handling procedures Assist with ordering, scheduling & monthly inventories. Assist with daily sales reporting, deposits & banking. Pay is $20 hr/ plus cash and credit card tips!

•Experience with Lightspeed POS, Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful. We offer a competitive wage; vacation pay and benefits. Our hours of operations are determined by airline flight schedules and our current hours are 3:30am to 7/9PM.
