GENERAL MANAGER
``` ```DUTIES```- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Demonstrates both the ability and desire to work the busiest days and times of the week to best support the staff, on both weekends and holidays
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness to the highest industry standards
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff members
- Develop, train, and coach existing staff members
- MS suite experience, POS experience, TOAST experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills

- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent communication with staff, management team and vendors
- Maintain and organize repair and maintenance of all restaurant equipment and premises
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and production
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to organize and complete special projects effectively and efficiently ```
EXPERIENCE
```- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of general restaurant operations
- Ability to train and develop staff into effective leadership roles.
- Experience in food preparation and production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
