Starting Salary:

$60,000 per year This is not a position where the manager simply supervises from the sidelines. We are looking for someone who leads by example and is willing to work alongside the team during service. The ideal candidate has some restaurant management or leadership experience and is ready to take on more responsibility and grow with the company. Responsibilities Be actively involved in daily restaurant operations and service Lead the front-of-house team by example Step in to serve, host, run food, bus tables, or assist wherever needed Supervise and motivate employees during each shift Train new employees and maintain service standards Assist with employee scheduling Handle guest concerns professionally Oversee opening and closing procedures Monitor cleanliness and restaurant organization Work closely with the kitchen to keep service running smoothly Help manage labor, inventory, and operating costs Make sure company policies and food safety standards are followed Qualifications Restaurant management or leadership experience required Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager is preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable, organized, and responsible Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to solve problems and make decisions during service Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation & Growth Starting salary: $60,000 per year We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a stronger management role.
