Job Description
The Shop Kitchen is a casual, counter-service restaurant located in the Eastside of Santa Barbara, at the bottom of the beautiful riviera. We aim to provide a positive experience for every guest, and pride ourselves on our delicious and unique dishes. In addition to our brunch and lunch menus, we serve coffee and espresso drinks, cocktails, draft beer and kombucha, as well as canned beverages. The restaurant is open from 8am to 2pm. The Front of House Manager is responsible for ordering for our beverage service and to-go-ware. This role is also responsible for scheduling, maintaining various ordering platforms, posting regularly on our social media, cash handling, hiring, and assisting in day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Applicants should be comfortable in fast-paced environments, talking to customers, communicating with vendors, and be eager to learn and assist in the operation of the restaurant. The front of house manager works 6+ hour shifts, 5 days per week. Thank you for your consideration; we look forward to receiving your application!
