Role Description The Store Manager/Restaurant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Santa Maria, CA. This role oversees daily store and restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient opening and closing procedures. The manager monitors product quality, inventory levels, and cleanliness standards, while maintaining food safety and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting excellent customer service, handling customer concerns, managing cash sale activities, and implementing basic loss prevention practices. The Store Manager/Restaurant also contributes to sales growth by promoting products, optimizing store layout, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Qualifications Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to providing a welcoming, respectful experience for all guests. Experience in produce, meat, and kitchen. Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and leadership, including clear verbal and written communication. Store Management abilities, such as supervising staff, coordinating schedules, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Retail Loss Prevention experience or awareness to help safeguard inventory, manage cash responsibly, and follow procedures that reduce shrinkage. Previous experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or food service management is highly beneficial. Basic math and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in point-of-sale operations. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light to moderate physical tasks, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Leadership qualities such as reliability, integrity, problem-solving, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
