Position Summary The Banquet Manager contributes to memorable events at Vinarosa Resort by delivering service that reflects our dedication to exceptional guest experiences, trust-based relationships, collaborative teamwork, detail-driven hospitality, and results-oriented performance that enhances long-term asset value. This role supports precise execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), collaborative teamwork, and attentive guest service to ensure successful meetings, celebrations, and special events. Key Responsibilities Execute banquet and event service in strict accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Set up, break down, and reset event spaces to specification and brand standards Provide polished, attentive guest service throughout events Coordinate service timing with culinary, beverage, and operations teams Ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and event equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues Comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements Support service recovery and guest issue resolution as needed Leadership & Cultural Expectations Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all decisions and interactions Builds trust and loyalty through consistency, follow-through, and transparent communication Collaborates across departments to deliver seamless, guest-centered experiences Embraces innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service and efficiency Maintains a results-oriented mindset while never compromising guest experience standards Leads calmly and effectively under pressure, modeling confidence and respect
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow detailed event instructions accurately Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical & Scheduling Requirements Requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and extended event hours.
