Full Job Description Description:
Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational execution, and financial performance of Vinarosa Resort's restaurant and bar outlets. This role ensures a consistently exceptional guest experience through the delivery of refined service standards, thoughtful hospitality, and strong team leadership. The Restaurant Manager oversees front-of-house operations while partnering closely with culinary and beverage leaders to ensure alignment between service, menu execution, and brand positioning. Responsibilities include labor management, training and development, service recovery, and adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements. The position plays a key role in driving revenue, controlling costs, and maintaining operational efficiency. Through visible leadership and accountability, the Restaurant Manager contributes to guest loyalty, team engagement, and long-term asset value. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure service excellence and operational consistency Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house leadership and service teams Ensure adherence to luxury brand service standards, policies, and procedures Manage labor scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity to meet business needs Monitor service pacing, guest flow, and table turns to optimize revenue performance Lead service recovery efforts and personally address elevated guest concerns Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders on menu execution and guest experience Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations Oversee opening, closing, and shift transition procedures Monitor operating costs and support inventory awareness and cost controls Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives Review guest feedback and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement Document incidents, performance issues, and operational matters as required Partner with senior leadership on special events, promotions, and initiatives Leadership & Cultural Expectations Demonstrate strong leadership presence with integrity and professionalism Maintain a guest-first mindset while balancing operational and financial priorities Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect Communicate clearly and effectively across all departments Hold leaders and team members accountable to standards and results Model calm, decisive leadership during high-pressure situations Support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment required Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience managing labor, budgets, and operational performance Proficiency with POS systems and reporting tools Working knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations Physical & Scheduling Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to support service operations as needed. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
