The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Transportation Stipend Key Responsibilities:
Childcare:
Pick up children from school and safely transport them home or to activities. Help children transition into their afternoon routine, including washing hands, removing shoes, unpacking backpacks, and putting away lunch boxes. Support homework as needed while providing attentive care and supervision for the other child; Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Prepare and serve dinner and manage the children's bedtime routine on Thursday evenings. Encourage children to tidy their bedrooms, belongings, and personal spaces. Provide warm, patient, and nurturing care while maintaining clear boundaries.
House Management:
Fold, hang, and put away children's and parents' laundry; wash, dry, fold, and put away kitchen towels, bath towels, linens, and other household items. Reset the kitchen, including unloading the dishwasher, hand-washing lunch boxes, and keeping the space tidy and organized. Empty trash bins, bundle cardboard boxes, and manage weekly trash and recycling, including putting carts out Monday and bringing them back inside Tuesday. Reset bathrooms twice weekly, including cleaning toilets and keeping them neat and presentable. Reset and organize the playroom and living room, keeping children's spaces and common areas tidy. Clean and maintain the robot vacuum as needed. Assist with household organization and cleanliness, and suggest or implement practical systems to improve the home's efficiency and organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience caring for school-aged children preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a House Manager or Family Assistant role Comfortable managing both childcare and household responsibilities Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable supporting homework and children's daily routines Confident and safe driver Valid driver's license and clean driving record CPR & First Aid certification Negative TB Test, Flu Vaccine & COVID vaccination Must pass a comprehensive background check TrustLine certified or willing to obtain TrustLine certification
