Job Description

Responsible for achieving restaurant objectives. Assigns, directs, and follows up on activities of subordinate employees including managers and team members. Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local laws, and company business standards. This position must be able to work and communicate effectively with the restaurant management team and the team members in order to drive sales and profits. Tips Sick Pay Performance Bonus Free Meals Flexible Schedule Paid Training Responsibilities Hire, train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place, and order food and supplies while applying appropriate cost control measures. Responsible for entire store operations including, but not limited to, systems usage, recipe adherence, payroll and timekeeping procedures, and guest interactions. Take corrective action as necessary. Any additional duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5 years of restaurant or supervisory experience, preferred Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture Able to work a variety of schedules per business needs and customary scheduling requirements Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping Able to lift 50 pounds Able to effectively and safely use kitchen equipment Possess basic mathematical skills Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize We are looking forward to reading your application.
