In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety standards, and efficient workflow. Your leadership will inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver outstanding dining experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive food preparation, management, and hospitality experience who thrives on creating a positive kitchen culture and maintaining high standards of food service excellence. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Lead staff training and development initiatives, including onboarding new team members and conducting ongoing skill enhancement sessions. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining labor costs. Oversee POS systems such as for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in food industry management, including supervising teams in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices. Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management. Experience with restaurant management systems; familiarity with cash handling procedures. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively. Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant supervision is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration.
