The Assistant General Manager supports daily operations at Lucy's, an upscale Italian neighborhood restaurant known for its lively atmosphere and elevated hospitality. This position is ideal for an energetic, service-driven leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing teams, and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience. Qualifications Previous AGM or Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant Strong floor presence and ability to lead busy dinner services Experience with staff training, scheduling, labor controls, and guest relations Italian restaurant or elevated neighborhood dining experience preferred Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing daily FOH operations Lead pre-shift meetings, staff training, and service execution Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and operational efficiency Handle guest relations and maintain elevated hospitality standards Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless restaurant operationsBenefits
