We are looking for a leader who takes initiative, sets clear expectations, follows through, and balances cheerful hospitality with disciplined operating controls. Key Responsibilities
- Lead opening, shift, and closing operations while maintaining a safe, clean, guest-ready restaurant.
- Coach, schedule, and develop employees, assistant managers, and emerging shift leaders; address attendance, performance, and conduct issues promptly and consistently.
- Deliver fast, accurate, welcoming service; resolve guest concerns and act on reviews and feedback trends.
- Protect food quality by enforcing recipes, portion standards, preparation procedures, temperature controls, labeling, dating, and FIFO practices.
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, waste, and product availability; verify deliveries and maintain appropriate par levels.

- A practical, accountable leadership style and the judgment to solve day-to-day operating issues independently.
- Strong communication, organization, coaching, and follow-through skills.
- Working knowledge of restaurant P&L drivers, labor management, food cost, sanitation, and food-safety practices.
- Food Handler certificate required; manager-level food-safety certification preferred or required where applicable.
- Ability to use POS, scheduling, email, calendar, and basic reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications
