Position Summary The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including guest service, staffing, training, financial performance, food safety, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing managers and team members. Analyze financial and operational performance to achieve sales, profit, labor, and food cost goals. Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Foster employee engagement, accountability, and a positive team culture. Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts. Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience; high-volume restaurant experience preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities. Proven success managing labor costs, food costs, sales growth, and profitability. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and profit-and-loss statements. Food Safety Manager Certification required. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Have you worked at a restaurant or in hospitality or retail as a manager? Have you assisted or have you oversaw assigned shifts and monitors brand standards execution and adherence by directing hourly staff to achieve guest service standards in a clean and pleasant environment? Do you have experience in developing and coaching hourly employees on brand standards, corporate policies and procedures, and other guest focused programs/activities to meet or exceed guest service standards? Do you have experience in attracting new applicants, hiring, onboarding and retaining the best hourly talent to meet staffing requirements and guest service standards?
