We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who's ready to own a shift, help develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role. What You'll Own as an Assistant Restaurant Manager Shift leadership and a true point person, front of house, kitchen and guests Team development: training and coaching Daily operations: support, ordering, opening/closing Guest experience and complaint resolution Cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards Total Restaurant awareness — you'll understand how your shift impacts the stores success

What We're Looking For:

an Assistant Restaurant Manager 1+ year of restaurant management or AGM experience Strong communicator who leads by example on the floor Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told what to do 21+ years old, full-time availability including weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
