• Nights & Weekends Stefano's is looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team during evenings and weekends.

This position is ideal for someone with restaurant leadership experience who enjoys being on the floor, supporting employees, interacting with guests, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will frequently serve as the Manager on Duty and work closely with our Restaurant Manager and Ownership. Responsibilities

• Lead front of house restaurant staff during assigned shifts, collaborating with back of house kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Oversee evening and weekend restaurant operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns
• Assign tasks and keep employees productive and accountable
• Oversee closing procedures, cleanliness, and restaurant security
• Support training and development of new and existing employees
• Monitor breaks
• Communicate staffing, inventory, maintenance, and operational concerns to management & ownership What We're Looking For
• Restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred, including previous trainer positions held
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dependable and comfortable working independently as Manager on Duty
• Positive, professional, and hospitality-focused
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with restaurant POS system, Toast, is a plus
• Must have consistent evening and weekend availability Schedule This position will provide night and weekend management coverage.

Candidates should have regular availability for evening shifts throughout the week including, Fridays, and Saturdays. Future Sunday day shift may be assigned when restaurant business hours expand. Must also be available leading up to major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
